We were very unpleased working with Julie. It seemed she did not actually care about selling our house. Our impression was she only wanted to make as much money off of us as she could with little effort on her part. She told us she would host open houses at our property and she did not attend them. She sent other people to host the open house without asking us or even informing us she would not be present. We also had very low turn out to open houses (only two people over three open houses). She sent us very unprofessional contractors to do work on our house. She failed to mention in our meetings that she could accept kickbacks from people we hired at her recommendation. She kept telling us our house was performing well even though we were getting very few showing requests and we received no offers for about two months. We were forced to take our house off the market because we couldn’t sell in the time frame she projected. We feel that there was a complete lack of open communication and transparency.
Jess & Julie are very compassionate about their clients & work! This is my first time buying a home & Jess has made it a smooth a painless process, keeping me in the loop with everything & breaking everything down to understand what we were getting into! I highly recommend Julie, Jess & the team to help you with your buying or selling needs!

As first time home owners, we didn’t know anything about buying a home let along in a whole new state. We were recommended to the Esperanza Realty Group by a fellow client who had an amazing experience under Julie James. Upon our first meeting with Julie and our direct agent Lisa Kamprath we immediately knew we didn’t need to look anywhere else! My husband and I left feeling confident in moving forward in this journey with this amazing team. They left us with so much knowledge and gave us a breakdown of EVERY STEP!
Now my husband and I have jobs that require a lot of attention and time so house hut was one of our worries. Our worries were quickly calmed. Giving the ladies a layout of what we wanted help them give us a great list of different homes that we were able to look through a special website before we toured! With each house Lisa and I toured she listened to anything I loved or saw opportunity in what we wanted.
Closing was one of the parts I thought would be the most stressful. Naturally in life there is always bumps but with these ladies they made sure ever thing was running smoothly!
Julie James and Lisa Kamprath went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! To find people who are passionate about what they do isn’t something you see often. Julie and Lisa made Texas feel like home. They made what tents to be a stressful process of by a home a stress free adventure.
Working with Julie & Jess has truly been a pleasure. They are very friendly and communicative very well! They are also very informative. My husband and I feel very taken care of. I recommend them 100%.
