A review request is counted every time we sent out a request for review via email or text message. Please see the example below:
A customer is sent a review request and they respond immediately by writing a review. Since they responded on the first review request, there is no follow up needed. Therefore, that customer only used 1 review request.
A customer is sent a review request but they do not respond right away. Therefore, Arrivala sends two follow-up emails asking for a review and the customer responds on the third request. In this case, that customer would count as using 3 review requests.
