I received a very good costume service , the young man that delivered my staff was very kind and came back later that day with one chair that was missing. I was only disappointed with the condition of the chargers that were mixed up with different tones of gold and some of them scratched and also most of the white paddled chairs were scratched and dirty, I was expecting everything en perfect condition because the prices are not cheap.

Miscommunication . I married Saturday, December 18, 2021, so we called “Golden Moments and events” to cover our pool with acrylic and also cover the pool patio with a tent for the rain. My husband, fiancé at that time, called them and gave them the exact measurements for the entire pool patio tent, but they sent Jonathan to remeasured, but no one told Jonathan it was supposed to be the entire patio and he only measured the “pool area”. The Tent was short and some of my guest got wet because it rained. When I asked their boss, Jeremy, why they sent a smaller tent. I was informed that they did not have a larger tent – so I guess they decided for me and send the shorter one. There were many other misunderstandings which did not work out as we wanted that night to be, but it was my wedding and I was not going to let that or anything ruin the night. I would NOT recommend them for any event!!!!!.
Everything was great with both of my events!
The pool cover built was great! The set up was fast and it looked great for my event since the colors were black, white and gold. Will keep you in mind for any future events. Thank you!
