Great selection, prices are a bit high. But good selection, review stars dropped due to the majority of the snacks having been expired by 3 to 6 months… and the stride gum from the mystery box being almost a full year expired. While it’s cool and all, way too expensive for expired snack foods I was able to get almost all of for cheaper on Amazon and the specialty candy store at the mall. Cool ordering experience as a one time deal. Will not order again, absolutely absurd to send people expired products at 3x the regular shelf cost. Cool idea for a company though, terrible execution of any attempt at customer retention

In a space that is unfortunately riddled with shady companies, we take great care in the fact that we purchase from vetted distributors around the world. This helps us to ensure that we aren’t purchasing expired goods (like many of the shops you’ll find out there, particularly on Amazon).
The dates you’re referring to with our shop in particular are most likely products from China (looks like you had quite a few in your orders). China is one of the few countries where they use a “born on” date rather than a “best by” date. With that in mind, the dates you’re seeing from 3-6 months ago are actually the production dates, meaning they’re quite fresh as we order from distributors directly in China and it can take a while for them to arrive here.
If anything is ever expired, we are happy to offer a refund or replace the items at no cost! We’ll reach out directly to you as well in case you don’t see this, but please rest assured that we do no sell expired goods.
