Would be smart to offer gel packs of dry ice for a couple dollars more..package left in the sun got melted chocolate was unhappy about it respoded to company with email got no response now i get email for review 😑 could of had much better review had your company responded to email

Pay attention to the pkg sizes. I paid $7.50 a bad for single serving bags of chips!
Hi Dana – we do include the package size and serving sizes on our chips to help set expectations. Shipping snacks from around the world, paying customs, etc. is pricy and time consuming so while we do our best to offer a wide selection, some of our menu items are definitely a splurge!
Supposedly my order of 11 items and over $80 was shipped the very next day after I placed my order. The tracking shows it sitting in New Jersey for 21 days now. I have no idea if I’ll ever get my order or not. Pretty disappointing.
Hi Ron – As we discussed, we’re also very disappointed in the Postal Service’s extremely slow service with your order. It does seem to be a one-off issue as we’ve shipped thousands of orders and only seen a handful of issues like this.
We’ve contacted the postal service again and they are looking into it.
