We’re sorry you weren’t thrilled with your experience. It can be difficult to portray size in a product image, which is why we list the weight and serving sizes with each product. Most countries don’t carry the large sizes that we have in America.
We also aim to be as transparent as possible about melting candy during the summer months which is why we have a giant disclaimer before checking out which states that we cannot guarantee your heat sensitive items won’t melt. This is fairly standard with most other candy companies. We offer cold packs to help minimize melting, but they can’t protect against sitting in the sun for extended periods of time which is why we offer package tracking with every order.
