The snacks were ok, the prices on some of the product were to much according to the size of the snack.
All of my items arrived melted and inedible. Company would not refund the purchase or send replacements. Would not order again.

We aim to be as transparent as possible about melting candy during the summer months which is why we have a sizable disclaimer before checking out which states that we cannot guarantee your heat sensitive items won’t melt and that ordering is at the customer’s discretion. This is fairly standard with most other candy companies.
We just reviewed our prior conversation and despite the disclaimer, we did offer to refund your chocolate as it was your first time ordering with us. Unfortunately, we never heard back.

How could one resist?! Giant skittles?! I did have missing items but customer service was great and they sent me them within the next week.

Most of the chocolate bars I received were discolored. They looked old with a lot of white coloration.
I was happy with my candy Choices but the Choctaw was VERY disappointing because I was really looking forward to trying those flavors.

What you’re referring to is a fat or sugar bloom which can cause chocolate to appear discolored after it’s melted and cools back down. While safe to eat, it can affect the color of the chocolate, making it look less appealing.
During the summer months, we have a sizable disclaimer during the checkout process stating that we cannot guarantee that candy such as chocolate won’t melt in transit and that ordering is at the customer’s discretion.
While we wish there was a way to avoid it, chocolate and the heat of the summer months is not the best combination.

Pretty fast shipping, good product. Only gown fall was I paid e tea for ice packs and there was no ice packs in our shipment.
