It’s up to the customer to determine whether the value is there, but we aim to be as transparent as possible up front. If you have any additional feedback on how we could make this information more accessible, please let us know. Importing and storing snacks from around the globe requires a lot of operational costs including tariffs, customs fees, warehousing and fulfillment of orders. We would encourage other potential customer to compare our prices to the competition!
Candy is ok, prices are high, and customer service is a JOKE! I referred my partner to buy candy from them, and I was supposed to get a $10 referral. Some nasty AF lady accused me of trying to scam them. Yes, my partner and I have the same address. Sooooo what???
You should be ashamed of yourself for accusing someone of being a scam artist, without literally ANY proof.
You can buy a lot of their candy from other sites, Amazon, and etsy. It’s also a lot cheaper. I really hope this company goes under. What a disturbing way to treat a customer! All for $10. Wow. Smh. Shop somewhere else.
Amy, we welcome customer feedback, but there is some critical information missing from your post. As we discussed, the issue at hand was that the referral order did not meet the $20 minimum spend requirement, so you were not eligible for the referral credit.
It’s also worth noting that both of the orders in question were shipped to the same address and used the same credit card, which implies that this was a self-referral.
As long as you meet the spend thresholds, the rewards program will reward you for spreading the word about us.
The snacks were great, the shipping was fast and the customer service was phenomenal. One of the snacks was open when I got it. I emailed about it, received a quick response and a replacement was sent in the mail. Jesse also sent an additional free snack with the replacement. Thank you Jesse, I will be purchasing from galactic snacks again!
