Was not able to navigate the web page very well. I had to do multiple searches using various terms for the item I wanted. It was like you didn’t want anyone to find the bracelet I wanted.
Also, I had a $25.00 coupon but was not able to find area in check out to use the coupon.
Had to spend more money on item that I spent too much time looking for. Could find it in the mailed catalog just had to work to find it online. Actually thought I was taken to a different web site when I did find it.
While the product is great, the communication around the order was terrible. The website barely worked to place the order in the first place. Once the order was placed, the status of my order never changed from pending shipping. After a week, I emailed the company asking when my product would be shipped. I never got a response. 5 days later, I called the company directly, and couldn’t get a person on the phone, so I left a voicemail with my name and number, and never heard back from the company. Suddenly, a few weeks after placing the order, the very expensive item arrived on my doorstep without any advanced warning, or any chance for me to be home to receive it. When I’m making such a large purchase, I expect to know that the company is going to stand behind it. Unfortunately, I don’t have that confidence with this company anymore.
