Made an appointment to see dr more than 3 weeks ago. Office tech called a week ago to indicate the insurance was not processing. Gave her the information requested. One day before the appointment (a week later), received a call from the office that they do not take Cigna Preferred Medicare HMO. How is it possible that your staff doesn’t know what insurance plans are accepted in your practice? Now to find another doctor.
I wouldn’t recommend him to my ex wife! I filled out all there new patient forms with meds about 2 weeks prior, and dropped them off! My first appointment went well I gave my med list to the nurse. He scheduled surgery and preop! But I cancelled due to covid-19. Second visit the nurses in the lobby yells out are you still taking this med! When I get in the room I give the same list to the nurse, then when the Dr comes in he yells at me for not telling him DIRECTLY what meds I’m on he never asked. I said it was on the referral, the new patient forms, and the lists I gave to the nurses! He said I should have told him DIRECTLY without him ASKING! He gave this smirked face and shook his head! I advised him that it was on the referral, the new patient forms and the 2 lists I gave the nurse. He said I should have told him DIRECTLY without him asking! He knew because the nurses asked before I went into the room! KARMA
