We had a great experience with Bath Renew from the very beginning of our shower remodel. Options were thoroughly reviewed during our free consultation. We felt that we were really listened to and not pushed to consider options out of our budget. Financing process was quick and easy.
On installation day, the 2 person crew arrived on time and prepared for demo by putting coverings over the entire floor area from our front door to the upstairs bathroom. Our house is over 100 yrs old and nothing is quite square, which made installation take 2 days instead of one. Noting that they could have “rushed it” and gotten it to look “ok,” we were pleased that the time was taken to do the job right. There is not one edge or trim piece that doesn’t look perfect! That attention to detail is very much appreciated.
