Very happy with our new shower. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, asking questions and answering ours, and offering suggestions and options. The work was done exactly on time as promised, with plenty of care throughout the demolition and installation process. The installers were easy to deal with, very professional, and the new shower looks/works beautifully. We love it.

My project was ordered during COVID. Other companies told me they could not get to my house until Spring or late Summer. Bath Renew said 8 weeks and I had my appointment made and they came on that date. I am very happy with everything that was done. Workmen were on time, neat, and professional. Highly recommend this company.

Bath Renew is a family-owned and locally-operated business where everyone works directly with the owner during the process which is an experience you don’t get in many places. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Our black lab loved having the install crew in the house for three days, because they were nice enough to play fetch with her. Pricing was in line with the scope of work. I would definitely hire Bath Renew again and would recommend them to anyone.
