I stumbled across Balacia while on the marketplace, I had been looking all week at rings for my wife. I really just wanted something unique with more of a vintage look and was struggling to find it with the carat size I was looking for. I send a message asking questions as I was little hesitate the marketplace is not where I expected to find a jeweler. They provided CAD drawings of what they could do and fined tuned it until it was exactly what I wanted. Once we went through that process and a few more questions were answered I went for it. Weeks later it arrived (last night) and my wife was absolutely blown away it is gorgeous. The process was painless, and worth the wait I would highly recommend! Also a great value!

I cannot recommend Balacia enough. Jasmine has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout this process. I reached out to her probably a dozen times over the course of a month and each time without fail, even outside normal business hours, she responded within minutes. She was patient in explaining the different cuts and provide sample videos of different rings that my soon-to-be fiancée and I used as a template when designing the perfect ring for her. The 3D art template she provides (as an included cost of the ring) made me feel much more confident that I was going to get exactly what I asked for. The ring came in, and it is just as stunning as it was in the video she sent. I don’t normally write reviews, but the service Balacia provided was truly above and beyond what I’d ever expect, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality ring and great customer service.
