Truly an excellent overall course. The team is fantastic. In-person course was engaging and highly informative. Can’t wait to start treating the dizzy patient!
Enjoyed the course tremendously. Would just like to have seen one of the instructors take us through a full evaluation of a patient from start to finish to solidify the tests and treatment techniques in a sequential and systematic manner.
The education experience was exceptional. I feel it was organized extremely well and very fluid. I appreciated the online portion followed by an in person class.
The class was all the I hoped for! The online material is great and well laid out, and the in person instructors were very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the class engaging! Would highly recommend for all providers who regularly work with these patients

The certification course met and exceeded all expectations.
Overall great training! I learned so much that I can incorporate immediately. The instructors were very knowledgeable and willing to answer my many questions. I was confused after one trainer mentioned in her presentation that each clinic should collect its own norms for VEMP testing because normal in the research varies so much. When I asked another trainer whether there were any resources to establish VEMP norms, she told me not to.
It would have been nice to know that we had an hour for lunch and that the exam didn’t need to be completed before the in-person training. E-mails before the training were not clear on this.
