Write A Review For American Institute of BalanceInstruction was a great experience. Online didactic and in person weekend worked well together. Layout of education is clear and makes sense.
I attended the Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Certification Training course recently and it was very well done. The on-line material was well presented and broken down into manageable sections to watch a few at a time. I do wish I would have known that the additional material for concussion was the same as it was for VRT so I didn’t need to print both out. The in-person portion was very well presented, and the speakers were amazing! I always felt like there was plenty of time to practice skills and there was always one of the instructors nearby for fielding questions. I learned some new maneuvers for BPPV and a few new techniques for VRT as well. I am already looking forward to completing the advanced certification to learn more about the complex vestibular conditions I often see in practice. Thanks so much – I would definitely recommend this course to anyone treating this patient population!
Amazing presenters! Clear and concise knowledge that is applicable to clinical practice. It has changed how I approach vestibular rehab.
highly recommend to those interested in treating vestibular patients, which is a very big need and under served population. All of the instructors were excellent!
all of the instructors were excellent, and I learned a lot of great information that will elevate my clinical practice. Highly recommend for those looking to build a vestibular caseload!
It is the Instructors!!!
They were all sooooo passionate & enthusiatic about the sharing of their knowledge & expertise with us that they made it their responsibility that we understood the main concepts; and we can start Treating Vestibular and Concussion patient on Monday morning when we are back at our clinics as Clinicians.
Course overall very good, however, troubleshooting for exam questions was difficult after watching videos. After the live one-day seminar, everything came together much better. I had to travel from Chicago area and for this long travel, I would rather do a two-day seminar.
It was very informative for a new person in vestibular education or for a person who is been in the field for a long time to incorporate additional knowledge to their work system
I thoroughly enjoyed this course! I learned so much about vestibular rehab and am excited to continue to use what I learned with my patients.
I would have liked to see the questions I got wrong on the online exams to know where I needed to study more.
I do wish there would have been more time spent on the concussion portion of this in-person course.
It was very good course. I was able to use lab portion to fine tune my treatment and positioning for patients the following week.
